TPISH Live AI Avatar

Problem
Client demos in the Innovation Hub needed a memorable, interactive anchor — not another screen.
Solution
Co-developed an interactive live AI avatar (HeyGen LiveAvatar) with a push-to-talk model — directional cardioid mic wired to the native push-to-talk SDK — for clean, controllable conversations on a live floor, layered with Home Assistant automation to orchestrate the room.
Impact
A conversational, on-brand AI host that turns a walkthrough into an experience.

Designed the full event booth and built tpphilippines.org — a platform housing all TP site videos, 360° virtual site tours, and an interactive showcase of TP Micro Solutions. Supported TP's flagship US client event, bringing the full Philippines capability story to an international audience.

Delivered the booth and a refreshed platform with updated 2026 site videos and newly branded site tours — the second consecutive year supporting the event end-to-end.

Built interactive 360° tours accessible by browser AND VR Oculus headset, deployed across every TP Philippines location.

Immersive, on-demand site familiarization that removed the need for early-stage physical visits.

Sales visits stalled when clients couldn't be on-site.
Solution
Introduced real-time LIVE virtual site visits so stakeholders could explore, ask, and react as if present.

Kept the sales-visit motion alive through travel restrictions and beyond.

In-housed 3D Operations Floor Mockups

Problem
Branded 3D floor mockups were outsourced at ₱80–100K per project on a ~1-month turnaround.
Solution
Built the capability inside the team.
Impact
Same output, now ~1 week and no outsourcing spend — a repeatable cost and speed advantage on every sales proposal.

AI Production Pipeline

Problem
Creative turnaround and cost couldn't scale with demand.
Solution
Deployed generative AI across production — AI voice-overs (all 2024 TPPH site videos), text-to-image and text/image-to-video, prompt engineering, and locally-run open-source models for full control at zero license cost.

A builder who happens to lead a creative team.

I'm Raymond — most people call me Nom. I lead the Sales Creative Department and the TP Innovation & Solutions Hub at Teleperformance Philippines. My instinct has always been the same: see a problem, build the solution — even when it sits outside my job description.

Outside TP, I run NEXACORE Solutions, where I ship full products solo. Moving into Digital Solutions & Automation is simply the formal version of the role I've been living.
